How can we help?
Quick answers about betting on Housebets, your wallet and rewards, and how to keep play safe and fun.
Placing bets
How do I place a bet?
Tap the odds of the outcome you want. It goes straight into your bet slip, where you enter a stake and press Place bet.
What is the difference between a single and a multi?
A single is one bet on one selection. A multi combines two or more selections from different matches into one bet. The odds multiply together, and every selection has to win for the multi to pay out.
How is my potential return worked out?
Your stake multiplied by the odds. For a multi, your stake is multiplied by the combined odds of every selection. The figure includes your stake.
What happens if the odds change?
Prices can move before your bet is placed. When they do, your bet slip shows the new odds next to the old ones and asks you to confirm before anything is placed.
When are bets settled?
As soon as results are confirmed for every selection on the bet. Winnings are added to your balance automatically, and you can follow every bet under My bets.
What if a match is cancelled?
Selections on cancelled or removed markets are made void. A void selection counts as odds of 1.00, so a single on it returns your stake in full.
Wallet and rewards
What is demo credit?
Housebets currently runs on demo credit. Every new account starts with IDR 1,000,000 to play with, and deposits add more demo credit instantly. Nothing you stake or win is real money.
How do I add funds?
Tap the mint wallet button at the top of the page, choose an amount and confirm. The credit lands in your balance straight away.
How do rewards and VIP points work?
Open the crown menu to claim any reward that is ready for you. You also earn 1 VIP point for every IDR 1,000 you stake, and points move you up from Bronze to Diamond.
Where can I see my history?
Open your wallet and switch to History to see every deposit, bet, win and reward. Your bets and results live under My bets.
Safer play
Housebets is for adults aged 18 and over. Betting should always be fun, so keep these habits in mind every time you play.
- Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
- Treat betting as entertainment, never as a way to make money.
- Never chase your losses.
- Take regular breaks, and step away if you feel upset or under pressure.
- Keep betting in balance with family, work and the other things you enjoy.
